More and more frequently I’m finding rogue 2 Euro cent coins in my change, masquerading as pennies.

My instinct is to chuck them away. I’ve just realised that the 2 cent coin is worth about 1.37 pence. Every time I discover one, I’m 0.37p up on the deal. If I find a 2 cent coin masquerading as a penny say, once a week, I’m up 19.24p by the end of the first year, and assuming exchange rates remain stable, and we don’t adopt the Euro, and I don’t succumb to a nervous anxiety disorder or something, by the time I retire at, what, 67, I’ll have accumulated £6.25.
The words Nest Egg spring to mind. Check your change, dear readers, check your change.
